Peter has gone through the extensive process of hiring interns and administrative assistants for his various companies and has come across hundreds of well qualified and talented individuals along the way. Unfortunately, out of the vast number of applicants, only a few are chosen to be hired.
This idea would be a way of rechanneling the applicants who are qualified, but not selected to be given an opportunity to become project managers for Peter’s many other projects. They will do research and development and take business ideas and turn them into legitimate companies. They will be able participate in a full-time position or be loaned money to make investments to have an ongoing, active residual income.
