Peter J. Burns III held a meeting with the owner of the fleet of cars he’s been renting from. They discussed one of Burns’ most prominent businesses, Burns Funding, which helps individuals qualify for unsecured loans. Peter has partnered with the owner and is lending him money to buy additional fleets of exotic vehicles to expand the business and has now turned it into an investment opportunity.
Interested investors can qualify for an unsecured loan through Burns Funding and invest into the exotic car rental project for high returns. Once the loan has been made, funds are transferred into the mutual agreed-upon investment. Three months of payments on the note will be deposited into an escrow account, while the remainder will support the investment’s cash-flow needs. The investor then receives the agreed-upon return on investment, which has been guaranteed.
